This Policy document has been created as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
When we are in uncertain times and can know one thing for certain, things in life change and are changing constantly. Adapting to this and feeling free to adjust how we live and work is all part of that.
We are pleased have reopened our doors, and be able to offer our in person services once again, and we look forward to seeing you in person at the San Padro Clinic, our office in Alhaurin el Grande, or with Home visits where appropriate.
ZOOM video is still a great option, and we are pleasantly surprised at how popular this choice is and how well it works, allowing our sessions to continue where ever you or we are in the world.
Our priority is the health and safety of clients and team members, and in order to operate our business safely, we would like to make you aware of some changes.
The clinic is now open by appointment only.
We have completed the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention and Control Workshop, certified by SOLUTIONS4THERAPISTS. We now continue to function and provide high standards of service in a safe way.
Covid ILLNESS and Cancelations
If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of COVlD-19, please advise us as soon as possible and please DO NOT ATTEND the premises FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
You may choose to change your appointment to an online ZOOM session.
Our booking terms and conditions have been amended and you will not be charged for any appointments which you may miss due to a positive Covid-19 test result
VISITING OUR PREMISES
In order to keep you safe and maintain social distancing:
- We ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible.
- Please do not turn up early for appointments as this may mean that you come into contact with other clients who are just leaving, thus compromising social distancing measures. We have adjusted the spacing of appointments to allow time for cleaning between clients.
- We will understand if you wish to wear a face mask and/or wear disposable gloves when you visit the premises and during your therapy or coaching appointment.
All stated procedures and changes have been implemented for the safety of yourself, the business and all team members. We will continue to take advice from the Spanish Government and the UK NHS regarding safe practice and will amend this policy as necessary.
Thanks you for your understanding.
