Arrange a free phone consultation to discuss your situation. No obligation at all, as we prefer to work with you, only when you decide. This will be with Sandie Ashing or Stuart Ashing.
We can get a clear understanding of your situation, then advise either a treatment plan. Including a discussion of appointment frequency and fees.
The first appointment will be very gentle as we aim to make you more comfortable in yourself.
The appointments can be either at our office locations along the Costa del sol.
Or by Zoom video
Depending on individual needs, most clients require a one hour appointment each week over four to six weeks.
We usually ask you consider this for at least 24 hours before making a decision.

Anxiety/stress panic attacks for many years
If you are reading this then you are probably feeling how I felt when I first typed in “Therapy” to find somebody somewhere to help me , but who would understand the ridiculousness and massive amount of stuff I needed to say ! where would I start , maybe I won’t bother because I can’t add more anxiety/ stress to the anxiety I was already feeling ! but that day I was particularly at the lowest point and I needed to call a stranger who won’t judge and offered the option of calling me at a comfortable place & time to talk.. …I’m so glad I did I can’t assure you enough. Anxiety - What is it?
Anxiety is a general term in which a person can feel the following excesssive or frequent effects of :
Nervousness, Fear, Apprehension, Worry.
An emotion usually with physical tension,
increased blood pressure,
even causing physical illness over the long term.
When these feelings last for a longer period of time, and have high intensity or frequency, it may be a sign of something deeper than current events or surroundings.
If these feelings last for more than about two weeks and interfere with daily activities like work, school. or socialising, it is best to get professional help.
Anxiety affects the way a person thinks, feels, behaves, and functions. This can be improved, usually quickly with various forms of help.

Are Depression & Anxiety - The same?
Depression and anxiety disorders are different, but people with depression often experience symptoms similar to those of an anxiety disorder, such as nervousness, irritability, and problems sleeping and concentrating. But each disorder has its own causes and its own emotional and behavioral symptoms.
Many people who develop depression have a history of an anxiety disorder earlier in life.
When we have a series of stressful life changing events, or feel unwilling to face change. These can contribute to unhealthy levels of stress anxiety and negative emotions and attitudes and even cause physical symptoms!
