About Refunds and Returns:

Because of how digital downloads and video streaming work, they aren’t covered by the usual 14-day cooling-off period for online sales. Once you’ve started downloading or streaming, we can’t offer refunds, this is standard for digital products everywhere.

Picked the Wrong Audio Tracks?

No worries! If you accidentally buy the wrong title, or pack of titles. 
Just let us know within 14 days. We’ll happily swap it for the one you meant to get.

Received the Wrong File or Something’s Not Working?

If we sent you the wrong file by mistake, or if your audio download isn’t working as it should, please get in touch. We’ll fix things quickly by sending the correct or a working file, free of charge.
