What you’ll experience in the Module One Introduction Weekend

Step into a friendly, focused space where learning hypnosis feels natural and exciting.

The weekend is relaxed but full of insight. You’ll discover how suggestion really works, how to recognise trance, and how communication changes when the conscious and subconscious minds begin to cooperate.

What the full training includes

The complete training runs over ten modules, each taught across two full days in Fuengirola. The first weekend  counts as Module One. The remaining nine weekends build your skills step by step through a mix of demonstration, discussion, and supervised practice.

You’ll learn how to structure a full hypnotherapy session, how to use language confidently, and how to guide clients through safe, ethical change work. Every module deepens your understanding of how the mind responds, helping you grow from curious learner to skilled practitioner.

Between modules, you’ll have guided reading, practice assignments, and online support from your trainers to help you stay on track.

From our combined thirty years in professional hypnotherapy and coaching, we’ve learned that even the best courses often stop short of showing you how to build a thriving practice. At LUX, we include a dedicated workshop on how to attract your ideal clients, set professional fees, and build a sustainable practice without overwhelm.

Graduates of the full 10 module course receive a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from LUX, demonstrating successful completion of our training accredited by the GHSC (UK). Graduates are also eligible to apply for registration with the GHR.

Training days run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with short breaks and plenty of time for practice and discussion. All training materials are provided, and you’ll receive full details once your place is confirmed.

We have space for up to 12 participants in the Module One Introduction Weekend, with a smaller number of places available to continue into the full professional Diploma training.

After you apply, Sandie Ashing will contact you personally to arrange a short friendly call. This call gives you the opportunity to ask questions and helps us make sure the Introduction Weekend is the right fit before confirming your place.

Before the weekend, we may also invite you to complete a short pre-learning activity or listen to one of our recordings to help you arrive ready and inspired.
